{recipe} toasty zucchini

toasty & full of flavor

Sunday nights seem to be my time to do something with the random things left in my fridge. Last night, I found a lone zucchini in the veggie drawer. About 15 minutes later I had a nice snack or easy pairing to a salad or bowl of pasta.

slice thin, spread on cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil

sprinkle with grated parmesan, freshly ground garlic salt, and pepper

broil for about 10 minutes & voila!
